Delivery FAQs

  • Hours of Operation:

    • Our headquarters is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am - 5:00pm.
    • Delivery services available Monday through Friday: Breakfast 7-9am, Lunch 10:30-1pm, Afternoon 1:30-5:30pm
    • Weekend deliveries may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to discuss options for your order!

    Minimums:

    • Minimums for buffet items are noted in parenthesis after the menu item price, e.g. “(Min 8)”. Most buffet items have a minimum of 8 servings, while gourmet platters have a minimum of 12 servings.
    • Box lunch orders have no minimum.
    • No minimum purchase for delivery.  Standard $25 delivery fee regardless of order size.

    Deadlines:

    • Orders must be submitted by 4:00pm the business day prior to delivery. For example, an order must be placed by 4:00pm on Friday for a Monday delivery.
    • Same day orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis between 7:00am-8:30am. We try our best to accommodate same day orders, but it depends on the capacity and availability of our kitchen and delivery teams.

    Capacity:

    • Please be advised that on occasion, when we experience a higher than normal order volume, we may have to stop accepting orders prior to the deadline above.  We recommend placing your order 2-3 business days in advance, knowing that you may adjust or cancel by or before 4:00pm the business day prior. We appreciate your understanding!

    Changes & Cancellations

    • You may adjust your order up until 4:00pm the business day prior to delivery. Adjustments can be made over the phone at 206-587-0190 or by email at gourmondo@gourmondoco.com.
    • Orders may be cancelled without charge any time before 4:00pm the business day prior to delivery. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.  Cancellations must be made over the phone at 206-587-0190 or by email at gourmondo@gourmondoco.com
    • Once the order is complete and ready to check out, view the shopping cart
    • An "Add Comments" button will be listed under each item
    • To label multiple boxes, each box of the same type will have its own line. After entering names and/or dietary requests, click the  "Update cart" button
    • Please keep comments direct and concise - "Jane" and/or "No Tomatoes" instead of “Label for: Jane” or "Please remove tomatoes"
  • Pick up orders can be placed up to 4pm the business day prior to delivery. For same day requests call 206-587-0190 before 8:30am.

    Pick Up Location:

    • Pick up orders available from Gourmondo headquarters at 2415 Airport Way S, Seattle, WA 98134
    • Pick up orders available Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm.
  • We will return to pick up as follows:

    • If your order is delivered between 7:00AM-9:00AM, we will return the same day between 12PM-2PM
    • If your order is delivered between 10:30AM-1:00PM, we will return the same day between 2-5PM.
    • If your order is delivered after 1:30PM, we will return the next business day between 9AM-2PM.
    • If you require pickup outside of these windows, please call 206-587-0190 to reschedule and our team will do their best to accommodate.
    • When confirming your order, your credit card will be pre-authorized for 100% of the order total.
    • Increases will require a new authorization for the increased amount.
    • Payment is charged 1 to 2 business days after delivery. Once payment is finalized, an automatic paid invoice will be sent to you via email.  
    • We offer a direct billing program to a select number of organizations who prefer to pay by check or ACH transfer. Contact us at 206-587-0190 to see if your organization is approved for direct billing.
    • The business day after your event, an unpaid invoice will be sent via email and payment should be received within 30 days. We require a valid credit card to    be held on file for use only in the event of non-payment. To participate in the program, please request an application.
